At ELA Perfume, we want every order to reach you in perfect condition. Please review our return, exchange and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal-use nature of perfume, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a perfume has been opened, unsealed, sprayed or used.

A return or exchange may be considered if:

  You received the wrong product.
  
• 
  The product arrived damaged or broken.
  
• 
  The product has a significant leakage issue upon delivery.
  
• 
  There is another verified issue with the product at the time of delivery.
  

Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, please contact ELA Perfume within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us verify the issue, please provide:

• 
  Your order number
  
• 
  Photos of the product and packaging
  
• 
  A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened
  

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video before opening your ELA parcel, particularly for damage or missing-product claims.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for an approved return or exchange, the product should be:

  Unused and unsprayed
  
• 
  In its original packaging
  
• 
  With the original seal intact, where applicable
  
• 
  Returned with all included items and packaging
  

Products that have been used, sprayed, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Change of Mind

We generally cannot accept returns because of a change of mind, personal fragrance preference, or because the fragrance smells different from what you expected.

Fragrance perception can vary from person to person and may also be affected by skin chemistry, environment and application.

Refunds

Once an approved returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through an available payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by ELA Perfume.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been packed, dispatched or handed over to the courier may not be eligible for cancellation.

Delivery Refusal

Customers are requested to confirm their order details carefully before dispatch. Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may affect eligibility for future COD orders.
